The Work Mainly Consists Of: • Preventive Maintenance; • Corrective Maintenance; • Cleaning Pumping Stations; • Replacing Parts. The Work Is A Technical And Economic Whole. This Assignment Will Therefore Not Be Merged. Various Companies In The Civil Engineering Sector Have All The Disciplines In-House To Carry Out The Various Parts Of The Work. The Size Of The Assignment, Both Financially And Technically, Is Such That The Entire Work Is Also Easily Feasible For An Sme Company. For This Reason It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Work Into Lots. The Term Of The Agreement Is A Minimum Of Two Years And A Maximum Of Four Years, Whereby The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Agreement Twice, Each Time For A Period Of One Year.
