To Cover Their Costs, Municipalities Can, Among Other Things, For The Production Of Their Public Facilities, Collect Contributions From Property Owners, To Whom The Possibility Of Using These Public Facilities Offers Particular Economic Advantages. If A Property Is Connected To The Central Public Wastewater Or Stormwater Sewer System For The First Time, A One-Off Wastewater Fee Is Charged.
