The Type And Scope Of Works For Winter Maintenance Of Iv Class Road, Local And Street Network Are Determined Depending On The Level Of Winter Maintenance Accepted For A Certain Road. The Main Activities For Winter Maintenance Of Roads Include: 1. Preparatory Works: A) Preparation Of Plans For Winter Maintenance; B) Technical Inspections Of The Machinery And Equipment Requested For Use; C) Preparation Of Roads For Operation In Winter Conditions; D) Provision Of The Necessary Materials; E) Coordination Of Activities Between The Authorities Of The Api, The Municipality And The Companies Maintaining The Republican And Municipal Roads; F) Determination Of The Levels Of Winter Maintenance Of The Municipal Roads; G) Determination Of The Sequence Of Carrying Out Snow Protection Measures, Depending On The Level Of Winter Maintenance Of The Specific Municipal Roads In The Operational Plan; 2. Snow Protection Of Roads By Building And Placing Snow Protection Devices - Permanent (Roadside Green Belts, Earth Dikes, Etc.)
