Tenders Are Invited For Sales De Llierca City Council Has Included In The 2025-2026 Call For The Single Plan For Works And Services Of Catalonia (Pusoc), The Execution Of The Project For The Paving And Improvement Of Municipal Roads In The Tm De Sales De Llierca, Included In The Puosc 2025-2029. The Paths Where You Want To Act Are: 1. Crossroads Of Four Paths, Located About 200M To The North Of The Town Hall Building. 2. Corba De Can Joncarol, Is Also Located In The Southeast Area Of The Municipality, Following The Same Path As Can Passolas But About 2Km From The Beginning Of The Path. 3. Gual De Can Passoles, Is Located In The Southeast Area Of The Municipality And About 300M From The Beginning Of The Path. 4. Can Font And Can Serola Path, This Path Starts From The Salas De Dalt Path And Gives Access To Four Farmhouses In The Municipality, In Its First Section It Collects The Water From The Can Font Streams And Leads It To A Stream, Where It Crosses The Path With An Existing Concrete

The Paths Where You Want To Act Are: 1. Crossroads Of Four Paths, Located About 200M To The North Of The Town Hall Building. 2. Can Font And Can Serola Path, This Path Starts From The Salas De Dalt Path And Gives Access To Four Farmhouses In The Municipality, In Its First Section It Collects The Water From The Can Font Streams And Leads It To A Stream, Where It Crosses The Path With An Existing Concrete Ford, The Lack Of A Ditch And A More Rigid Pavement Mean That This Section Of Path Is Often Damaged. The Start Of This Stretch Is On The Camí De Sales De Dalt, Approximately 1.5Km North Of The Urban Area Of The Municipality. All The Roads Are Access Routes To Various Farmhouses And Rural Houses In The Municipality And Are The Subject Of Constant Intervention By The Council. So The Proposed Solution Wants To Give A Definitive Solution To The Neighbors And Users Of The Roads. In Accordance With Article 116.5 Of The Lcsp, Given That The Financing Of The Contract Must Be Made With Contributions From Different Sources, The Full Availability Of All Contributions Must Be Credited To The File. Consequently, The Award Of The Contract Is Conditioned On The Receipt, By The Consell Marcal De La Garrotxa, Of The Certificate From The Sales De Llierca Town Council Indicating That The Municipal Budget Has Sufficient Budgetary Appropriations To Be Able To Carry Out This Work.
