Electrical Wiring And Fitting Work – Retrofit Of Joule’S 6.4 Kv Cells With New 24 Kv Cells Without Sf6. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Complete Renewal Of The Medium Voltage Installation (6.4 Kv) Of The Joule Substation, Located At Chemin Du Bochet 5, 1024 Ecublens And The Supply Of 32 New Mv Cells Designed Using Sf₆-Free Technology. The Project Is Part Of Sie Sas Distribution Network Modernization Strategy And Constitutes A Major Step In The Gradual Migration Of The 6.4 Kv Distribution Network To 21 Kv. The Project Includes In Particular: * The Dismantling, Recycling And Evacuation Of Existing Mv Cells And Equipment; * Demolition And Evacuation Of Existing Niches; * The Evacuation Of A Nitrogen Cylinder Present In The Station; * The Disposal Of 2 Barrels Of Oil (416 L In Total); * Complete Replacement Of Existing Medium Voltage Cells; * The Renewal Of Ac And Dc Auxiliary Services And Batteries As Well As The Complete Improvement Of Cvse Installations; * The Renewal Of Control-Command, Protection And Communication Equipment; * The Integration Of Existing Equipment Retained; * Necessary Civil Engineering Works; * Adaptations Of Existing Medium Voltage Cable Connections (Optional); * Transport And Assembly Of All Equipment Provided; * Factory Tests (Fat), On-Site Tests (Sat), Functional Tests As Well As Complete Commissioning Of The Installations; * Delivery Of All Documentation Conforming To Execution. The New Cells Must Allow Operation In A First Phase At A Voltage Of 6.4 Kv Then, Without Structural Modification Of The Main Equipment, At A Voltage Of 21 Kv. Therefore, Voltage Transformers Will Need To Be Sized To Allow For These Voltage Changes. The Cells Must Be Designed Using Sf₆-Free Technology And Preferably Air-Insulated And Compatible With Current Environmental Requirements And In Compliance With The Technical Requirements Of These Specifications And The Standards In Force. The Existing High Voltage Equipment (50Kv) As Well As The Power Transformers Are Retained. This Contract Only Includes The Interfaces Necessary To Maintain Them In Operation.
