Building Alteration Work – Renovation Of Fire Stations Sloten And Vijfhuizen. The Assignment Concerns The Integral Renovation Of The Sloten And Vijfhuizen Fire Stations. Both Locations Are Marketed As One Coherent Cluster Within One Tender And One Plot. The Assignment Includes Architectural, Constructive, Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Work, Including The Further Development Of The Technical Design Into Implementation Design, Work Preparation, Execution, Testing, Commissioning, Delivery And Transfer. The Assignment Description Concerns The Realization Of The Renovation Of The Sloten And Vijfhuizen Fire Stations, While Maintaining The Required Operational Continuity, Safety And Availability Of The Fire Brigade Organization. The Assignment Consists Of The Following Tasks And Responsibilities: • Verification And Further Development Of The Technical Design Into A Design Ready For Implementation; • Architectural And Structural Renovation Work; • Adjustment And Renewal Of Mechanical And Electrical Installations; • Coordination Of Phasing, Logistics And Temporary Measures With The Operational Fire Brigade Organization; • Risk Control And Interface Management; • Testing, Adjustment, Commissioning And Demonstrable Delivery; And • Transfer Of Revision, Management And Delivery Files.
