This Assignment Concerns The Realization Of A Business Complex For The Innovative Manufacturing Economy Facthory 2/3 In Genk On Behalf Of Mo-Thor Nv. The Assignment Is Divided Into The Following Five Parts: Part 1, Shell Construction, Finishing And General Coordination Of The Works. This Part Includes All Preparation Of The Building Site, Earthworks, Structural Works, Masonry Works, Sewerage Works, Roofing Works And Exterior Joinery. All Finishes Such As Plasterwork, Light Walls, System Walls, Floor Finishes And Ceilings, Interior Joinery, Fixed Equipment And Painting, Etc. (Not Exhaustive), Are Also Part Of This Part. The Coordination Assignment, Being All Tasks And Responsibilities Relating To The Coordination In Time And Space Between The Different Parts Of The Assignment, Is Also Part Of The Contractors Duties. Part 2, Electricity, Data And Security Installations This Part Includes All Electrical, Data And Security Installations Inside And Outside The Building. The Contractor To Whom This Part Of The Works Is Awarded, And Who Will Act As Subcontractor To The General Main Contractor, Will Be Mentioned As A Designated Subcontractor In The Request For Participation, To The Extent Necessary For The Candidate To Meet The Qualitative Selection Conditions. Part 3, Hvac, Plumbing And Fire-Fighting Installations This Part Includes All Heating, Ventilation And Air Treatment Installations, Including All Electrical Facilities For This Purpose, As Well As The Building Management System. In Addition, This Part Includes All Sanitary And Fire Protection Installations Inside And Outside The Building, Including The Pump Installations And All Electrical Facilities For This Purpose. The Sprinkler System Is Also Part Of This Part. The Contractor To Whom This Part Of The Works Is Awarded, And Who Will Act As Subcontractor To The General Main Contractor, Will Be Mentioned As A Designated Subcontractor In The Request For Participation, To The Extent Necessary For The Candidate To Meet The Qualitative Selection Conditions. For Your Information, It Is Hereby Announced That A Connection Will Be Made To An Existing Kwo Installation. Part 4, Lifts This Part Includes The Lift Installations Within The Project.
