Construction Work – Renovation/Transformation Of The Malley Cid / Sanitary Facilities. This Contract Provides For The Construction Of The Following Installations: Preparatory Work And Temporary Installations: Dismantling Of The Three Existing High-Pressure Washing Stations And The Old Supply Pipes To The Fire Stations, With Draining, Disconnection And Plugging. The Contract Also Includes The Installation Of The Temporary Power Supplies Necessary During The Work. Washing Lanes And Rainwater Recovery: Creation Of Three Washing Lanes For Garbage Trucks And Installation Of A Rainwater Recovery System From The Existing Retention Basin. The Installation Includes A Booster Group, Drinking Water Resupply, Control Equipment And Networks Necessary To Supply The Tracks And Cleaning Devices. Sanitary Premises And Appliances: Development Of Two Sanitary Groups, Including A Wc Accessible To People With Reduced Mobility (Prm), With Supply, Installation And Connection Of Sanitary Appliances And Accessories. The Contract Includes In Particular Toilets, Hand Basins, Two Stainless Steel Sinks Supplied With Cold Water As Well As The Water Stations Provided In The Technical Rooms. Supply And Evacuation Networks: Creation And Adaptation Of The Cold Water, Domestic Hot Water And Circulation Networks, Including The Connection To The Thermodynamic Water Heater Supplied By The Heating Engineer. Creation Of The Wastewater Network In The Future Crawl Space, With Drop Columns, Primary Ventilation With Air Valve. Two New Rainwater Columns Are Also Planned Subject To Validation By The Works Management. Fire And Frost Protection Installations: Adaptation Of Existing Fire Stations, Supply And Installation Of Additional Fire Stations And A New Fire Cabinet. The Contract Also Includes The Installation Of A Self-Regulating Heating Cable Intended To Protect The Pipes Located In The Ceiling Of The Unloading Areas Against Freezing.
