The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Ensure The Long-Term Preservation Of The Existing Building Through Sensible Modernization. The Scope Of This Must Be Developed On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Consideration Of Legal Requirements, Technical Feasibility, Monument Protection Regulations, The Greatest Possible Energy Efficiency And The Project Funds. The Extent To Which Additional Optimizations Can Be Taken Into Account With Regard To Climate And Species Protection Must Also Be Examined During The Planning Process.
