Transformers – Dlr Cologne Site: Compact Transformer Station - Transformer Station Framework Agreement (26-0272_S). Four Ready-To-Use 630 Kva Compact Transformer Stations Will Be Delivered, Designed For A Maximum Output Of 800 Kva. The Stations Consist Of A 6/10 Kv Three-Phase Oil Transformer In Hermetic Design According To En 50588, Eco-Design Regulation (Eu) Level 2, Loss Class Akaao. Elastimold Plug-In Bushings Must Be Provided On The Os Side And Shrink-Wrapped Din Bushings On The Lv Side. Each Station Must Be Equipped With Telecontrol Technology That Reports The Operating States To The Central Control Room And Accepts Remote Switching Commands From There. Furthermore, A Mechanical Rear Lock Must Be Provided Which Prevents The Switch-Disconnector In The Ring Cable Field From Switching As Long As The Earthing Switch Is Inserted In The Associated Mating Cell. Only Materials Approved By Building Authorities May Be Used. The Stations Must Be Delivered Including Accessories And Complete Technical Documentation (Including Circuit Diagrams, Test Reports, Operating And Maintenance Manuals, Declarations Of Conformity). Before Delivery, A Factory Inspection Must Be Carried Out For Each Station With A Functional Test Of The Switching Elements, The Locking And The Telecontrol Technology. The Call Will Take Place Within Four Years, With One Station Planned Per Calendar Year. The Client Reserves The Right To Adapt The Retrieval Frequency To Its Needs, Including Multiple Retrievals Within A Year.
