The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Krakow Public Transport (Kmk) Tickets In Stationary Machines (Kmk). The Order Consists Of The Following Elements: 3.1.1. Basic Scope: - Development Of The Project Plan, - Provision Of Maintenance, Support And Service, Including The Distribution Of Tickets And Kmk Authorizations, Running The Vending Machine Complaint Service Point, Providing Payment Services And Handling Transactions Using Non-Cash Payments By The Settlement Agent, Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Such As Analytical And Design Works Specified In The Opz Regarding 150 Pieces Of Brand New Stationary Vending Machines, Placed, Installed And Configured By The Contractor, - Launch, Configuration Of The Central Management System Along With The Implementation Of Mechanisms For Exchanging Information With The Ztp Data Warehouse Owned By The Ordering Party, As Well As Tools For Filing Complaints, Reporting And Tracking Applications, - Conducting Training At The Ordering Partys; 3.1.2. Optional Scope: 1) Extension Of The Provision Of The Maintenance, Support And Service Service For A Maximum Period Of 5 Years After The End Of The Period Of Provision Of The Maintenance, Support And Service Service In The Scope Of The Basic Order, Implemented On The Same Principles As In The Scope Of The Basic Order.
