On Air Protection And Amendments To Certain Laws, Intended To Be Suitable For Year-Round Use As Fuel For Driving Diesel Engines Of Trucks And Mechanisms Of The Public Contracting Authority, Including Related Services, In Particular The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Places Of Delivery And Its Pumping Into The Storage Tanks (Tanks) Of The Public Contracting Authority.
