The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Work Consisting In The Implementation Of Measures Leading To The Expansion Of The Capacity Of The Racek Hotel. The Performance Of The Work Includes The Following Construction Works: A) Internal Modifications Of The Layout Of The 2Nd And 3Rd Floors Of The Building From Sales Premises To Accommodation Units; B) Insulation And Reconstruction Of The Perimeter Shell Of The Building, Including Facade Cladding; C) Insulation And Reconstruction Of The Buildings Roof Covering; D) Replacement Of Existing Opening Window Fillings With New Ones, Including Doors; E) Lighting Reconstruction; F) Supply, Assembly And Installation Of Pv Panels With A Capacity Of 50 Kwp Incl. Storage With A Usable Capacity Of 60 Kwh; G) Reconstruction Of The Heating System And Hot Water Distribution, Including Supply, Assembly And Installation Of Heat Pumps; H) Related Minor Construction Work Necessary For The Supply, Assembly And Installation Of The Items Specified Above.
