Engineering Services – Object Planning Buildings And Interiors, Service Phases 6 To 9, For The Replacement Building And The Restructuring Of The Pfarrer-Kneipp Elementary And Middle School. The Client Intends To Restructure The Pfarrer-Kneipp Elementary And Middle School In Bad Wörishofen. As Part Of The Restructuring, The Old Gymnasium In Particular Will Be Demolished And A New Building Will Be Built In Its Place. The Restructuring Will Take Place In 2 Construction Phases, Construction Phase 1 (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ba 1) And Construction Phase 2 (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ba 2). The Construction Project Is To Be Realized With Funding In Accordance With Art. 10 Bayfag And The State Funding Program For All-Day Expansion. The Planning Services For The Property Planning Service - Buildings And Interiors Of Service Phases 1 And 5 In Accordance With The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers Of July 10, 2013 (Bgbl. I P. 2276), Which Was Last Amended By Article 3 Of The Law Of March 22, 2023 (Bgbl. 2023 I No. 88), (Hereinafter Referred To As Hoai), Were Or Are Provided By Third Parties On Behalf Of The Client Provided. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Procurement Of Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interior Spaces In Accordance With §§ 33 Ff. Hoai For The Service Phases (Lph) 6 To 9 Of Construction Phase 1 For The Replacement New Construction And Restructuring Project For The Pfarrer-Kneipp Elementary And Middle School In Bad Wörishofen. The Services Are Commissioned In Stages.
