Restructuring Work – Reconstruction Of The Exchange Station Of The Energoblok Building – Lifetime Testing Laboratory. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Premises Of The Exchanger Station In The Energoblok Building On The Grounds Of The Všb–Technical University Of Ostrava With The Aim Of Creating A Laboratory Workplace For The Installation Of Vibration Testing Equipment With A Climatic Chamber Intended For Carrying Out Lifetime And Climatic Tests, Including Tests Of Battery Cells. Necessary Demolition Work Is Also Part Of The Scope Of Performance. The Layout Solution Consists In The Creation Of A Separate Space For The Vibration Laboratory In The Form Of New Enclosures, The Reconstruction Of The Associated Operating Rooms (Locker Rooms, Showers, Toilets, Day Room, Internal Communication And Control Room), The Replacement Of The Existing Garage Door With A New Roller Door And The Modification Of The Connecting Roads In The Building. The Construction Also Includes The Placement Of An Outdoor Cooling Unit (Chiller) On A Separate Foundation Structure With Fencing And The Construction Of A New Outdoor Steel Staircase That Will Replace The Existing Concrete Staircase. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annexes No. 1 And 2 Of The Tender Documentation. The Conditions Of Performance Are Further Specified In The Business Conditions (Draft Contract), Which Form Annex No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation.
