Construction Work – Mühlbach Water Supply Group Association - Awarding Of Construction Work, Civil Engineering, Road And Pipeline Work For The Hb-Zentral / Hüffenhardt Delivery Lines, 2Nd Construction Phase. As Part Of The Overall Hb Zentral - Hüffenhardt Conveyor Pipeline Project, The Mühlbach Water Supply Group Plans To Build Several Water Pipes To Connect The New Hb Zentral Elevated Tank In Kälbertshausen As Well As To Ensure And Redundantly Secure The Water Supply In The Central And Southern Sub-Network Of The Supply Area. The Entire Project Will Be Implemented In Construction Phases. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Second Construction Phase. As Part Of The Project, A Continuous Water Pipe Path (Cycle Path) Is Also To Be Created Between Hüffenhardt And Kälbertshausen. The Civil Engineering, Road And Pipeline Construction Work Required For This Is The Subject Of This Tender And Is Planned Along The Route Of The Water Pipes. The Entire Construction Project Is Scheduled To Take Place Between January 25, 2027 And March 15, 2028. The Civil Engineering, Road And Pipeline Construction Work Is Being Tendered For The Second Construction Phase Of The Overall Project. The Tendered Service Includes The Following Lines At A Glance: - Delivery Line For Ring Mitte: Dn 500, Approx. 3,650 M, - Delivery Line From The Mitte Waterworks: Dn 400, Approx. 3,400 M, - Delivery Line For The Redundancy Of The Hb Hüffenhardt Elevated Tank: Dn 300, Approx. 3,400 M - Delivery Line For Ring Mitte (Branch): Dn 300, Approx. 300 M - Local Network Line: Dn 200, Approx. 670 M - Cable Protection Pipes - Control Cable, Approx. 4,000 M The Ring Mitte Delivery Line (Dn 500) Begins At The Transfer Point Of The First Construction Phase, Around 200 Meters From The Hb Zentral Elevated Tank, And Is Led In The Direction Of Hüffenhardt To The Exit Of Hüffenhardt; It Takes Over The Overarching Water Distribution Within The Central And Southern Supply Ring. The Delivery Line From The Mitte Waterworks (Dn 400) Runs Via The Central Distribution Shaft In Front Of Hüffenhardt To The Hb Hüffenhardt Elevated Tank And Is Used To Supply The Hb Zentral Elevated Tank From The Mitte Waterworks Or Hb Hüffenhardt. The Delivery Line For Redundancy (Dn 300) Serves To Ensure Redundant Water Supply And Is Also Led To The Hb Hüffenhardt Elevated Tank. The Ring Mitte Delivery Line (Branch, Dn 300) Branches Off From The Dn 500 Line In The Central Distribution Shaft And Ensures The Connection To The Siegelsbach Local Network Supply Area And The Bad Rappenau Water Tower Via An Existing Line. The Dn 200 Local Network Line Begins At The Hb Hüffenhardt Elevated Tank And Will In Future Replace The Existing Dn 150 Line, Which Has So Far Been Laid Over Long Distances On Private Property. Additional Cable Protection Pipes Are Laid Along The Entire Route To Enable The Later Installation Of Control, Measuring And Communication Cables.
