Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The State Fire Service In Słupsk. 2) The Vehicle With Its Equipment Should Be Brand New, Without Any Signs Of Use, Manufactured In 2026. 3) Purchase And Delivery Of One Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2 (Opz For Short); 4) Delivery Of Complete Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And Below; 5) Checking The Compliance Of The Vehicle With The Contract, The Quality Of Workmanship, The Functioning Of The Car And Individual Devices, The Quantitative Compliance Of The Equipment And The Required Documentation; 6) Training In The Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract For At Least 3 People Who Are Representatives Of The User (Ordering Party); 7) The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, I.E. The Road Traffic Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) Along With The Implementing Provisions Of The Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 502, As Amended). 8) The Vehicle Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 6 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of May 8, 2025 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service Headquarters Of 2025, Item 11). Labeling Data Will Be Provided During Order Processing. 9) The Vehicle Must Have Full Reflective Contour Markings In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended). Marking Made Of Class C Tape (I.E. Reflective Material For Marking Contours And Stripes) With A Width Min. 50 Mm, Red Or Yellow, Bearing The International Approval Mark. The Marking Should Be As Close As Possible To The Horizontal And Vertical Edges Of The Vehicle. The Design Of The Vehicles Reflective Marking Will Be Agreed Upon During The Order Execution. The Parameters And Technical Data Of The Vehicle Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
