The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Professional Assessment, Service And Marking Of Surgical Instruments To The Extent Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Medical Device Regulation (Eu 2017/745), (Hereinafter Referred To As Mdr). The Type Of Service For Individual Types Of Tools Is Defined And Listed In Appendix 1 Zd - Calculation Of The Price Of Post-Warranty Service. A Fixed-Term Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier: 2 Years.
