Financial Analysis And Accounting Software Package – System Support For Financial Planning, Analysis And Management. Umeå Municipality Intends To Procure New System Support For Financial Planning, Analysis And Management. New Solution Should Give The Buyer Good Conditions To Work Efficiently And Strategically With Forecasting, Planning, Budget And Reporting. An Important Goal For The Buyer Is To Be Able To Work Data-Driven. Another Is To Gain Control And An Overview And Be Able To Ensure Quality Decision-Making. Delivery Must Take Place On Prem. Umeå Municipality Intends To Procure A User-Friendly And Robust Budget And Follow-Up System That Supports The Budget Registration Process As Well As The Finance And Personnel Follow-Up Processes. The Aim Is To Ensure System Support That Contributes To An Efficient And Qualitative Way Of Working. The Current Agreement Expires On February 28, 2027. The Budget And Follow-Up System Is Used Today Mainly By Managers/Leaders And Economists/Controllers, But Also By Others Who Have To Follow Up A Budget Against Outcomes, For Example Project Managers And Chefs Responsible For Purchasing And Hr Strategists Who Need To See Personnel Information. In Total, The Number Of Unique Users Amounts To Approximately 700. The New System Must Therefore Be Able To Support A Broad And Varied User Group And Offer Effective And Easy-To-Use Support For Both Experienced Users And Infrequent Users. For The Users, The System Should Facilitate And Streamline Both The Budget Registration Process And The Follow-Up Processes. The Agreement Constitutes A Delivery, Right Of Use And Cooperation Agreement Including Conditions For Support And Maintenance. Maintenance Includes Access To New Versions. The License For Right Of Use Includes A Non-Exclusive, Not Limited In Time, Municipal License For The Required Solution. The Agreement Runs From The Date Of Signing For 2 Years (24 Months). The Agreement Is Then Extended Annually (12 Months) If The Agreement Is Not Terminated By The Customer At Least Six (6) Months Before The Last Date Of Validity.
