The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: - Provision And Operation Of Two Mirrored Data Center Locations Including The Required Computing, Storage And Network Resources; - Transfer Of The Agreed Data Sets, Applications, Configurations, Services And Interfaces From The Environment Operated By Hannit; - Installation And Configuration Of The Required Operating Systems, Databases, Gis Software And Specialist Applications; - Offer And Mediation Of The Esri-Sg-Ea Contract As Well As Provision Of The Additionally Required Software Licenses, Taking Existing Usage Rights Into Account; - Technical Connection Of The Client And Ensuring The Intended Access Options For Authorized Users; - Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance, Updating And Troubleshooting Of The Components To Be Operated By The Contractor In Accordance With The Boundaries Of This Chapter; - Data Backup And Restoration As Well As Ensuring The Takeover Of Operations In The Event Of A Data Center Location Failure; - Training, Documentation And Support During Acceptance And The Transition To Regular Operations. The Contractor Coordinates The Coordination Required To Provide The Service With The Client, Hannit, Esri And The Specialist Software Providers Involved.
