Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Ongoing Maintenance Of Order In The City Of Głogów. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Services: 2.1.1 Cleaning Works In Urban Areas: 1) Emptying Garbage Bins And Removing Municipal Waste (Including Papers, Packaging, Animal Excrement, Bottles, Etc.) From Urban Areas, E.G. Parks, Squares, Boulevards, Green Areas, Street Lanes, Road Lanes, Sidewalks, Bays, Parking Lots, Bus Shelters - In Accordance With The Attached Map - Attachment. No. 15 To Swz. Frequency Described In Point 1 Will Be Performed: A) On Monday, Wednesday And Friday, B) On The Days Indicated By The Ordering Party, Using The Human And Technical Potential Enabling The Execution Of The Order. 2) Keeping: Roadsides, Road Courses, Junction Islands, Sidewalks, Road Drainage Elements, Parking Lots, Lay-Bys, Bus Stops, Bus Shelters Constantly Clean. These Activities Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party, 3) Works Involving Biological Spraying Of Weeds And Their Subsequent Cleaning, Chemical Weed Removal Together With The Removal Of Plant Residues, Mechanical Weed Removal. These Activities Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment And Materials To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works As Well As Herbicides Approved By The Ordering Party. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Vehicles Adapted For Waste Disposal. 2.1.2 Sweeping Alleys, Sidewalks And Parking Lots And Collecting Fallen Leaves From These Areas 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment And Materials To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works As Well As Herbicides Approved By The Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Vehicles Adapted For Waste Disposal. 2.1.3 Cleaning Works In The City Of Głogów On Saturdays, Sundays, Non-Working Days And Holidays: 1) Cleaning Up Solid Waste Such As: Papers, Packaging, Bottles From Green Areas And Street Lanes And Emptying Street Bins Placed Directly Next To These Areas. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment And Materials To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works. 2) Cleaning Works Will Be Carried Out In The Morning (Maximum Until 10:00) 3) The List Of Areas And Streets Accepted For Cleaning Is Specified In The Annex. No. 14 To Swz. 2.1.4 Supervision Of The Performance Of Community Work By Persons Directed By The Ordering Party: 1) The Contractors Duties Will Include Collection From The Municipal Office In Głogów Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Supervision Of Persons Directed By The Court To Perform Community Work. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Records Of The Working Time Of Each Convict In Accordance With Annex No. 7.1 - To The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Records Of The Working Time Of All Inmates On The Last Day Of The Month. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Equipment To Perform Community Work. 4) Persons Who Are Supervised By The Contractor And Who Are Directed By The Court To Perform Community Service May Perform The Work Covered By Them
