Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff – Project Manager In Service Rental (Lse) - Modernization Of Statistique Vaud’S Is. As Part Of The Modernization Of Its Statistical Information System, Statistique Vaud (Statvd) Is Looking For A Professional Project Manager In Service Rental (Lse) In Order To Pilot, Alongside The Project Manager Of The Dgnsi, A Strategic Transformation Program Extending Over A Period Of Approximately Four Years. This Project Aims In Particular To Replace The Statistical Analysis Tool Currently Used, To Migrate Existing Processing To A New Platform, To Modernize The Capacities For Disseminating Statistical Data And To Strengthen The Efficiency, Sustainability And Security Of Data Management. The Transformation Will Concern All Of The Offices Activities And Will Directly Impact Around Thirty Employees. The Resource Made Available Will Mainly Intervene On The Business Aspects Of The Project, In Particular Governance, Planning, Coordination Of Internal Teams, Conduct Of Migration Activities, Support For Change As Well As Interface With Stakeholders. The Project Presents Significant Constraints In Terms Of Budget, Organization And Availability Of Internal Resources, In A Context Of Maintaining Statvds Operational Activities. The Mission Is Planned From January 2027 For An Estimated Duration Until The End Of 2030, At An Indicative Activity Rate Of 80% Adjustable According To The Phases Of The Project. The Work Will Mainly Be Carried Out On Site, With The Possibility Of Using Teleworking According To The Terms Defined By Statvd During The Execution Of The Mandate. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Provision, Within The Framework Of A Service Rental Contract (Lse), Of A Dedicated Resource At Professional Project Manager Level, As Well As The Capacity Of The Winning Company To Ensure The Continuity Of The Mission By The Provision Of Replacement Resources With Equivalent Skills And Experience. At The End Of The Call For Tenders, A Framework Service Rental Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years. Due To The Constraints Linked To The Allocation And Monitoring Of The Budgetary Resources Of The Adjudicator, The Cumulative Value Of The Services Ordered For The Entire Duration Of The Contract (4 Years) Within The Framework Of This Contract Cannot Exceed Chf 916,000.- Inclusive Of Tax (Amount Calculated With Vat At 8.1%). A Maximum Amount Per Day Is Set At Chf 1300 Including Tax.
