Hardware Consultancy Services – Supply Of Atps It Capacity. I: Background And Purpose: Atp Offers A Contract For It Capacity To Support Atps Horizontal Sourcing Model, Where The It Operations Of Atps Business-Critical Applications And Support Systems Are Brought Together In A Hybrid It Environment Consisting Of On-Premise Infrastructure, Private Cloud And Public Cloud. Atp Depends On A Stable, Secure And Up-To-Date It Operation To Carry Out Its Core Tasks And Socially Important Functions. With The Tender Of This Contract, Atp Wants, Among Other Things, To Achieve The Following: - To Ensure High Availability, Stable And Secure Operation To Support Atps Business As Well As Securing Basic It Infrastructure That Can Support Atps Development And Digital Innovation Capability, - To Create A Flexible And Scalable Platform With Access To Modern Technologies And Capacity For, Among Other Things Ai-Related Workloads And Automation, - To Ensure A High Degree Of Security And Documented Compliance With Applicable Legislation And Standards, Including Nis2 And Dora-Related Requirements. The It Operating Capacity Requirement Is Expected To Include Approx. 530 Servers, On Which Approx. 80 Business Applications And A Total Data Volume Of Approx. 880 Tb (Plus Back-Up). The Contract Includes Seven (7) Clearly Defined Operating Models Across The Delivery Forms On-Premise, Private Cloud And Public Cloud (Option), With Common Architecture Principles And Governance, So That Applications And Workloads Can Be Placed According To Atps Business And Technical Needs. The Operating Models Consist Of The Following I) Housing (Option), Ii) Infrastructure Managed Service, On-Premise, Iii) Platform Managed Service, On-Premise, Iv) Private Cloud Iaas, V) Private Cloud Paas, Vi) Public Cloud Iaas (Option) And Vii) Public Cloud Paas (Option). With This, Atp Wants To Achieve A Coherent And Standardized Operational Delivery With Clear Areas Of Responsibility And Cooperation, A Coherent Management Model And The Possibility Of Continuous Technological Development. Ii: Main Services: The Contract Includes The Following Main Services: 1) Initial Services, Including Implementation Of A 1:1 Transition In, Which Is Carried Out In Six (6) Partial Transitions And Includes Establishment Of The Collaboration, Ongoing Assumption Of Operational Responsibility As Well As Necessary Transition, Documentation And Trial Activities. 2) Ongoing Services That Are Delivered In Accordance With The Contracts Operating Models, As A Given Operating Model Is Always Delivered With A Specific Delivery Form (On-Premise, Private Cloud Or Public Cloud). A) Data Center Operation, Including The Provision And Operation Of The Necessary Physical Data Center Environments And Associated Facilities Related To The On-Premise And Private Cloud Forms Of Delivery. B) Infrastructure Operation, Across On-Premise, Private Cloud And Public Cloud, Including Operation And Maintenance Of Servers, Storage, Operating Systems, Virtualization And Container Platforms As Well As Associated Monitoring And Capacity Management.
