Guard Services – Framework Agreement Guard Services 4 Years – Expressway Craiova - Pitesti. The Security Services, According To Law 333/2003, Must Ensure The Preservation Of The Patrimony For The Maintenance And Coordination Centers (Cic) And The Maintenance And Monitoring Center (Cim), Related To Each Section Of The Express Road, As Handed Over Or Updated By C.N.A.I.R.- S.A. Through The Regional Directorate Of Roads And Bridges Craiova. Thus, According To The Provisions Of Art. 2, Para. (L) From Law No. 333/2003 Regarding The Protection Of Objectives, Goods And Values, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Ministries And Other Specialized Bodies Of The Central And Local Public Administration, Autonomous Regions, National Companies And Societies, National Research And Development Institutes, Societies Regulated By Law No. 31/1990 Republished, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Regardless Of The Nature Of The Social Capital, As Well As Other Organizations That Hold Assets Or Values Of Any Title, Referred To In This Law As Units, Are Obliged To Ensure Their Protection. The Guarding And Protection Of Objectives, Goods And Values Are Activities Carried Out By Specific Forces And Means, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Safety Of Objectives, Goods And Values, Against Any Illegal Actions That Damage The Right To Property, Their Material Existence, As Well As Protecting People Against Any Hostile Acts That May Endanger Their Life, Physical Integrity Or Health. Security Services Will Be Provided By Specialized Security And Protection Companies That Are Established And Operate According To Commercial Legislation And The Provisions Of Law No. 333/2003. The Security Service Is Especially Aimed At Objectives That, Due To The Specifics Of The Activity, Require The Supervision Of The External And/Or Internal Space Of The Site, Places Of Risk Of Acts Of Violence Or Disturbance Of Public Order And Peace, And That Require Human Presence For Quick Decision-Making In Case Of Force Majeure. This Specification Stipulates The Conditions That Potential Tenderers, Specialized In The Field Of Security, Must Meet In Order To Participate In The Procedure For Awarding The Framework Agreement. The Requirements In The Specifications Will Be Considered As Minimum And Mandatory, With The Mention That This Information Is Completed With The Requirements Mentioned In The Other Documents Included In The Award Documentation. In This Sense, Any Technical Proposal Will Be Considered Only To The Extent That It Will Ensure A Qualitative Level Equal To Or Higher Than The Minimum Requirements Imposed By The Contracting Authority. Guarding Is Carried Out For A Minimum Number Of 1 Post And A Maximum Number Of 3 Posts, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365/366 Days A Year For The Maintenance And Coordination Centers (Cic) And The Maintenance And Monitoring Center (Cim), Related To Each Section Of Drum Express, Managed By C.N.A.I.R — S.A. Through D.R.D.P. Craiova According To The Annexes To The Specifications.
