Tenders Are Invited For Ventilation Installation Work – Ventilation Construction Work in Germany

Work Detail

Ventilation Installation Work – Ventilation Construction Work. The Scope Of The Measure Is The Conversion, Renovation And Extension Of The Former Administration Building Of The Dr. Nurses In Hallstadt For Use As A Montessori School. As Part Of The Construction Project, The Existing Technical Systems In The Ventilation Area Will Be Completely Dismantled And Rebuilt In Accordance With The Requirements Of Future Use. The Buildings Ventilation Supply Is Fundamentally Based On Natural Window Ventilation. Excluded From This Are Individual Areas That Are Equipped With Mechanical Ventilation Systems Due To Their Use Or Structural Conditions. A Compact Device For Ventilation Is Being Installed For The Middle Building On The Upper Floor With The Distribution Kitchen. Another Compact Device Will Be Installed For The Ground Floor Of The Central Building And Parts Of The Basement. The Supply Air Is Brought Into The Rooms In The Central Building On The Ground Floor And First Floor Via Perforated Radiant Ceiling Panels. All Toilets Are Ventilated Via Individual Room Fans With Exhaust Air Ducting Via The Roof. The Necessary Supply Air Flow Always Takes Place Via The Door. In Toilets With A Direct Door Connection To The Stairwell, The Supply Air Flow Is Instead Carried Out Via A Side Wall In Order To Avoid Penetration Of The Fire Compartment. For Some Of The Rooms In The Central Building On The Basement Level Where Window Ventilation Is Not Possible, A Pipe Fan Is Installed That Removes The Exhaust Air Via A Light Shaft. The Required Supply Air Is Ensured By An Overflow Through The Doors. The Ventilation Of The Hazardous Substances Cabinets And The Digester In The Pcb Rooms Is Carried Out Via A Separate System. The Supply Air Is Supplied Via The Outside Wall, The Exhaust Air Is Exhausted Via The Roof. All Elt Technical Rooms Are Equipped With Air Conditioning Split Units, But These Systems Are Included In The Heating Trade.
