Financial Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement On Financial Consultants - 26/17294. The Offered Service Includes Tasks Relating To Ongoing Financial Assistance, Which Must Primarily Be Carried Out In The Energinet Group, Which Includes A Shared Service Center With Financial Services, Procurement Support And A Financial Function With Operational And Plant Controlling And Analysis. In Addition, The Groups Parent Company And Other Subsidiaries May Require Ongoing Financial Assistance, Primarily In The Form Of Financial Controlling And Other Finance-Related Ad-Hoc Tasks. The Services Offered Do Not Include The Statutory Financial Audit Of The Ordering Party And Associated Subsidiaries. The Services Must Not Conflict With The Legislative Restrictions On Services From Auditing Companies. The Aforementioned Framework Agreement Will, However, Follow The Ordering Partys Agreement In The Event Of A Statutory Financial Audit. For Further Details Regarding The Acquisition, Please Refer To The Associated Appendices. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended For 2 Years In 2 Rounds, Corresponding To 4+2+2 Years. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 64,000,000. The Consumption Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party.
