The Contracting Authority Intends To Purchase Services For The Organization Of The Bucharest Christmas Market 2026 (Bucharest Christmas Market, 19Th Edition), Which Takes Place In The Constitution Square In The Municipality Of Bucharest Between 27.11.2026 And 27.12.2026. The Provider Organizes The Fair As A Unitary Assembly, Based On The Arrangement Plan Made Available By The Contracting Authority. The Design Of The Arrangement Belongs To The Provider, Who Integrates The Goods Of The Contracting Authority And Its Own Elements, Coordinates All Teams, Resources And Activities And Is Responsible For Organizing A Fully Arranged, Functional And Safe Fair. The Main Elements Of The Fair Are Owned By The Contracting Authority And Are Stored In The Arteca Warehouse, Jilava Commune, Șoseaua Giurgiului No. 33A, Ilfov County. The Provider Takes These Elements From The Warehouse On The Basis Of A Delivery-Receipt Report, Checks Them, Repairs Them, Repaints Them And Completes Them Where Necessary, And Then Transports Them To The Site. The Elements That Are The Object Of The Organization Are: 133 Wooden Houses (50 Houses Type 1 Bcm-Large Of 3.20 X 2.20 M, 39 Houses Type 2 Bcm-Small Of 2.00 X 2.00 M, 29 Gothic Houses And 15 Food Houses Of 5.00 X 2.40 M), The Central Info House, 39 Tables For The Food Areas, The 4 Entrance Gates, The Christmas Tree With The Circular Platform, Santas House, The Gazebo-Type Themed Ensemble, The Light Tunnels Between The Rows Of Houses, The Decorative Ensemble With The Raised Podium And The Letters Bucharest, The Santas Car/Sleigh With Gifts Ensemble, 4 Led 4K Touchscreen Display Systems And The Lead Solders. At The Site, The Provider Marks And Positions The Elements According To The Layout Plan, Mounts, Assembles And Decorates Them With Natural Cetin, Garlands And Decorative Lighting, Carries Out The Electrical Installations, Including Pram Checks, And Puts All The Elements Into Operation. The Provider Provides, On A Rental Basis, The Structure Of The Gates, The Digital Lighting System Of The Fir With Video Playback, The Ballast System, The Rental Decorative Assemblies, The Led Display Systems, The Machinery, The Mobile Workshops And The Heavy Traffic Plates. It Also Provides The Necessary Materials And Supplies As An Integral Part Of The Services. During The Event, The Provider Ensures The Operation Of All Elements And Intervenes At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, With A Team Of At Least 2 People And An Intervention Vehicle, For At Least 3 Interventions. After The Fair Closes, The Provider Decommissions All Items, Sorts, Packs And Palletizes Them, Transports Them Back To The Arteca Warehouse And Arranges Them In The Warehouse. The Condition Of The Goods Is Checked In The Presence Of The Representative Of The Contracting Authority, And The Handover Is Done Based On Minutes. The Provider Vacates The Site And Restores Any Damaged Surfaces Due To Its Fault. The Services Are Provided In Three Stages: Stage I
