Air Conditioning Systems - Din 18379 - Kg 430 Stresemannstrasse 128-130, 10117 Berlin, Extension Of The Federal Ministry For The Environment, Nature Conservation And Nuclear Safety In Berlin, 7 Floors + Underground Car Park, Two Parts Of The Building A + B The Maintenance Services Are Part Of The Tender With A Term Of Four Years. The Measure Includes The Following Services: • Installation Of 13 Partial Air Conditioning Systems 130,000 M³/H, Installation Of 3 Transformer Exhaust Systems 13,000 M³/H, Smoke Extraction Tg 20,000 M³/H • Installation Of Pipe Network Including Control Components, Fire Dampers Dates: Start No Later Than 12 Working Days After Receipt Of The Order Letter. End November 30, 2029 Note - Bnb Certification A Bnb Certification In Gold Is Sought For The Building As Well As A Bnb Certification In Silver For The Outdoor Facilities. The Contractor Must Contribute To The Successful Certification. The Contractor Must Comply With The Relevant Requirements Regarding Low Waste, Low Noise, Low Dust Levels And The Requirements Of The Federal Soil Protection And Contaminated Site Ordinance During Construction. Furthermore, The Requirements Listed In Appendix 01 “Material Requirements” Apply At Quality Level 5. The Contractor Must Declare All Materials, Products, By-Products And Auxiliary Products As Well As Components Intended For Use With Regard To Their Ingredients And Properties. For This Purpose, Appendix 02 “Declaration Tables” Must Be Completed In Digital Form (Excel File Format) And The Associated Technical Data Sheets And Safety Data Sheets In Accordance With 1907/2006/Ec (Also In Digital Form) Must Be Assigned And Enclosed.
