Railway Bridge Construction Work – Renewal Eü Reutebachgasse Route 4000 Km 205,091. The Railway Overpass (Route 4000; Km 205,091) Over Reutebachgasse In Freiburg (Breisgau) Is Scheduled To Be Renewed In 2027. The Renovation Of The Structure To Be Expanded (New Clear Width 9.00 M) Should Be Carried Out Using Auxiliary Bridges. Two Total Closures Are Planned On The Gundelfingen - Freiburg Hbf Section. During The First One-Week Closure Break In June 2027, The Existing Wib Superstructure And Parts Of The Abutment Must Be Dismantled, Structures And Foundations For The Auxiliary Bridges Must Be Constructed, And The Auxiliary Bridges Must Be Installed. Following The Closure Break (The Route Is In Operation), Approximately 12 In-Situ Concrete Bored Piles Need To Be Constructed To Support The New Structure, Foundations, Abutments And Retaining Walls (Approx. 460 M³ Of Concrete). The New Wib Superstructures And Edge Caps (Approx. 36 Tons Of Rolled Beams And Around 120 M³ Of Concrete) Are To Be Constructed In An Elevated Position On Supporting Scaffolding. During The Second Five-Day Closure Break In October 2027, The Auxiliary Bridges Must Be Removed, The Wib Superstructures Including Edge Caps Inserted And The Noise Barriers Installed On The New Superstructures. As An Intersection Partner, The City Of Freiburg Is Carrying Out Road Construction In The Reutebachgasse Area Following The Renewal Of The Eü.
