Environmental Services – Self-Control Measures For Secured Contaminated Sites. Services Are To Be Provided In The Area Of ​​Self-Control For Seven Secured Contaminated Sites In The Hamburg City Area. These Are The Old Pollhornweg Deposit, Old Eckerkoppel Deposit, Old Havighorster Moor Deposit, Old Brümmer Deposit, Georgswerder Landfill, Old Neuhöfer Straße Deposit And Old Moorfleeter Brack Deposit. The Aim Of The Long-Term Self-Control Programs Is, Above All, A Reliable Functional And Effectiveness Check With Regard To The Safety Structures (Especially Surface Sealing). The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, The Implementation Of On-Site Hydraulic Measurement Programs To Monitor The Legacy Buildup Fluid Bodies (Measurement Of Backwater Levels, Oil Levels And Oil Layer Thicknesses), On A Quarterly To Annual Basis, Taking Into Account Increased Occupational Safety Requirements. Furthermore, Groundwater Level Measurements Must Be Carried Out To A Lesser Extent. Another Focus Of Work Is Weekly Or Fortnightly Hydrological On-Site Measurement Series For Monitoring Cover Systems, Such As Runoff Vessel Measurements (Surface And Drainage Water Runoff) And Precipitation Measurements As Well As Test Field Measurements (Georgswerder Department). Landfill Gas Is Measured At Five Locations. In Addition To The Measurements, Simple Maintenance Work Must Be Carried Out If Necessary. Annual Site Inspections For 6 Secured Contaminated Sites Must Be Coordinated And Carried Out. Finally, Annual Reports Must Be Prepared For Each Location According To A Specified Structure. All Required Services Are Described And Explained In Detail In The Seven Specifications Attached To The List Of Services. The Timing Of The Tender And Award Is Subject To The Requirement To Conclude A Legally Valid Contract By Mid-September 2026 At The Latest. The Execution Period Covers The 3-Year Measurement Period From April 1St, 2027 - March 31St, 2030 Including The Preparation Of The Annual Reports For The Financial Years 2027/2028, 2028/29 And 2029/30.
