Request for proposals for Hard FM and Office Cleaning Brazzaville The World Bank Group (WBG) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the provision of Hard Facility Management (FM) Services and Office Cleaning Services for its office in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. The solicitation is divided into two lots: Lot 1 Hard FM Services and Lot 2 Office Cleaning Services. Firms may submit proposals for one lot or both lots. The resulting contracts will have an initial term of three (3) years, with two optional one-year renewals. Based on the evaluation results, the WBG reserves the right to award one combined contract or two separate contracts, one for each lot. Interested firms with demonstrated experience, the required local registrations and licenses, and the financial and operational capacity to deliver the services are encouraged to participate. The proposal submission deadline is 09 November 2026 at 5:00 PM local time. The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$100,000. Offerors proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
