The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution Of Scope No. I Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Green And Recreational Areas, Streets And Sidewalks Around The Town Hall Building, Construction Of New Pedestrian Routes In Green Areas, Execution Of Small Architecture And Lighting As Part Of The Blue-Green Infrastructure Task. 2. This Order Is One Of The Stages Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled We Are Creating Space For The Climate In Ostrów Mazowiecka Financed Under The European Funds For Eastern Poland 2021-2027 Program. Priority: Fepw.02 Energy And Climate. Operation: 2.2. Adaptation To Climate Change. Project Type I. Coherent And Integrated Infrastructure Projects, Comprehensively Adapting Cities To Extreme Weather Conditions And Mitigating The Effect Of Urban Heat Islands Through The Development Of Green And Blue Infrastructure. The Project Includes The Construction And Modernization Of Urban Infrastructure In Ostrów Mazowiecka, Including The Reconstruction Of The Urban Space Near The City Hall Building And The Construction Of Four Pocket Parks. Its Aim Is To Improve Rainwater Retention, Increase Green Areas And Modernize The Communication System. 3. Execution Of Scope No. I Involves The Implementation Of Works In The Field Of Road, Sanitary And Architectural Industry And Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Urban Space Near The City Hall Building, Including: Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, Protection Of Existing Trees, Reconstruction Of The Communication System - Changing The Level (Gradient) Of The Street. 3 Maja And Changing The Street Surface And Sidewalks To Permeable Ones, Parking Spaces - According To The Road Industry Drawings. The Scope Also Includes The Construction Of A Drainage System, Including Infiltration Channels, A Storm Sewage Network, The Construction And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements According To An Architectural Design, And The Creation And Implementation Of Target (Permanent) Traffic Organization; 2) Construction Of Four Pocket Parks In The Vicinity Of The City Hall Building, Including: Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, Protection Of Existing Trees, Reconstruction Of The Communication System - Changing The Surface And Communication Spaces To Permeable Ones - According To The Drawings Of The Road Industry; 3) Installation, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Of 6 Flagpoles, 8 M High, With A Set Of Fasteners, A Rope For Raising And Lowering The Flag, A Pulley, A Cleat And A Finial With The Implementation Of Reinforced Concrete Foundation Feet For The Masts, According To The Manufacturers Solution; 4) Marking, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Place Of Project Implementation By Placing Information Boards In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Boards Is Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Issue A Separate Invoice For The Production And Installation Of The Boards. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Is Specified In The Attached Technical And Executive Documentation Prepared By Studio Projektowe Adam Radomski. Architectural And Construction Designs Were Approved By Decisions No. 264/2025 (Reconstruction Of The Area Around The Town Hall
