Work Of This Contract Comprises The Following:.1 Remove And Dispose Of Existing Asphalt And Felt Bur Membrane System And Gravel Protection Including Gypsum Board On Deck, Asphalt Vapour Retarder Membrane, And Insulation..2 Remove And Dispose Of Existing Roof Related Metal Flashings And Counter Flashings..3 Delete Existing Roof Mounted Antenna Towers, Bases, Related Cables, And Guy Wires..4 Remove, Store, And Reinstall Instruments/Devices Mounted On The Exterior Or Through The Parapet Where Required To Accommodate New Roofing..5 Replacement Of Metal Flashings, Roof Penetration Flashings, And Roof Drain Assemblies..6 Install Two (2) New Overflow Scuppers Where Indicated On The Roof Plan Drawing..7 Replace The Roof With New Gypsum Board On Steel Deck, New Air Barrier And Vapour Retarder Membrane, New Insulation, New Composite Coverboard, And New 2-Ply Sbs Membrane System..8 Provide Non-Penetrating, Free-Standing Safety Zone Warning Line Positioned 2M From The Roof Edge (In Accordance With Ohs Requirements)..9 Install New External Corner Grab Handle On The Existing Roof Hatch..10 Fabricate And Install A New Engineered Fixed Roof Access Ladder To The Wall From Lower Roof Area 2 To Upper Roof Area 4.
