Tenders are invited for IT Equipment and Accessories for Giz Country Office and Projects Closing Date: Thursday, 22. Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Science & Technology Context The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a global service provider specializing in international cooperation for sustainable development and international education. With over 25,000 employees operating in around 120 countries, GIZ draws on more than 50 years of experience in diverse fields, including economic development, employment, energy, the environment, and peace and security. As a public-benefit federal enterprise, GIZ primarily supports the German Government, particularly the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in addition to serving other public and private sector clients in around 120 countries in achieving their objectives in international cooperation. With this aim, GIZ works together with its partners to develop effective solutions that offer people better prospects and sustainably improve their living conditions. In 2022, GIZs business volume reached approximately EUR 4 billion. GIZ intend to award a contract for the procurement of IT equipment and accessories described in the enclosed procurement documents. All technical specifications and dimensions are clearly mentioned in the unpriced Bill of quantities. The products will be delivered within a specified time frame ( 2 to 3 weeks after contract signature) and in coordination with the respective project members. Condition of Items All offered items shall be brand new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Manufacturer WarrantyAll items shall be covered by a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months, and up to 3 years ( check BoQ), starting from the date of delivery or acceptance. Delivery PeriodThe bidder shall clearly indicate the proposed delivery period in the quotation. The maximum acceptable delivery period is 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase order/contract award. Failure to meet the specified delivery period may lead to disqualification of the bidder. Offered Model and AccessoriesThe bidder shall clearly specify: The manufacturer/brand of each offered item. The exact model number of the offered device. All included accessories and components. Technical DocumentationThe bidder shall provide the following documents with the quotation: The official technical/datasheet for each offered device/model. Technical datasheets for all offered accessories. Any other relevant manufacturer documentation necessary to verify compliance with the required specifications. Technical Compliance StatementThe bidder shall provide a compliance statement against each technical specification stated in the tender/RFQ. All manuals must be provided in English. GIZ reserves the right to request a sample check after the offer submission. A penalty of 1/2 % of the total purchase order sum will be deducted on each delayed week calculated from the due date of delivery. If you do not receive written notification within four weeks after the submission deadline, consider your offer unsuccessful. No reimbursement will be provided for submitted offers. Sending your offers to any other email address or non-compliance with any of the mentioned conditions will result in rejecting your participation in this tender. All Products / items with Origin Russia or Belarus are not accepted by GIZ Office and Projects due to sanction list against Russia and Belarus. N.B.
