In Carrying Out This Mission, The Safety Of The Local Community And The Ability To Respond In Emergency Situations Are A Basic Condition: No Component Of Sustainable Urban Development Can Be Supported In The Absence Of An Adequate Intervention Infrastructure. Uat The Municipality Of Buzău, Considering The Attributions Conferred By The Administrative Code, Has As Its Attributions The Economic, Social And Environmental Development Of The Municipality Of Buzău, For Which It Must Take All The Necessary Measures To Implement And Comply With The Provisions Of The Commitments Assumed In The European Integration Process. Basis Of Attributions: Art. 129 Para. (2) Lit. B) And Letter D) From The Government Emergency Ordinance No. 57/2019 On The Administrative Code-Attributions Regarding The Economic-Social And Environmental Development Of The Administrative-Territorial Unit, Respectively Attributions Regarding The Management Of Services Of Local Interest. According To Art. 129 Para. (7) From The Same Normative Act, Among The Fields Of Public Services Of Local Interest Are Emergency Situations. The Municipality Of Buzău Exercises, Through Its Own Structures, Attributions Regarding Fire Protection, Civil Protection And The Management Of Emergency Situations, According To Government Emergency Ordinance No. 21/2004 Regarding The National Emergency Management System, Law No. 307/2006 On Fire Protection, Republished, And Law No. 481/2004 On Civil Protection, Republished. The Investment Objective Ensures The Physical Infrastructure Necessary For The Effective Exercise Of These Duties: Operational And Dispatch Spaces, Garages For Emergency Vehicles, Administrative And Rest Spaces For Shift Personnel, Physical Training And Applied Training Spaces, As Well As Technical Spaces For The Maintenance And Repair Of Equipment And Vehicles. The Object Of The Contract Is The Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation - Documentation For Approvals And Agreements, Project For Construction Authorization, Technical Execution Project, Execution Details -, Their Technical Verification, The Execution Of The Works, The Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment, As Well As Technical Assistance From The Designer. The Ensemble Includes Five Building Bodies, With A Total Built-Up Area Of 2,243.78 Sq M, Located On A 21,872 Sq M Plot Of Land Located In The Buzău–Brăila Road (D.N. 2B), Tarla 37, Plot 682, Nc 72695, As Well As The Constructions And Installations In The Premises, The Development Of 5,565.22 Sq M Of Green Spaces, Enclosure And Organization
