Engineering Services – New Construction And Modernization Of The Geriatric Psychiatry In Königslutter - Construction Pit And Construction Pit Shoring In Accordance With §§ 43 And §§ 49 Hoai. 1. Ba - Extension Of House B And New Building 1.Ba Adjacent To The Existing Building Of Clinic B (4 Wards With One Protected Ward), The 1.Ba/New Building For Three Wards Is To Be Built. A New Additional Ward For Geriatric Psychiatry Is Planned Here. Two Stations From The Old Building Will Be Housed In The New Building. These Wards Will Receive Completely New Care Areas With Modern Patient Rooms And Bathrooms In The New Wing. After Completion, Three Stations Will Move From The Old Building To The New Building. One Station Remains In The Old Building. The Old Building Will Be Expanded To Include A Single Storey Towards Clinic A. 2Nd Ba - New Building 2Nd Ba: 60% Of The Existing Building Will Be Dismantled, And The 2Nd Ba Of The New Building, In The Qualities Of The 1St Ba With Two Stations, Will Be Realized. After The Last Station Has Been Moved From The Old Building, The Remaining Old Building Will Then Be Extensively Renovated. The Intended Usable Area For The Entire Measure Is Approx. 4,800 M². There Are Approx. 2,600 M² Of Hnf For The New Building. The Advertised Project Includes The New Construction And Renovation Of The Geriatric Psychiatry At The Königslutter Location. The Excavation Pits And Shoring Structures Are To Be Constructed For Parts B4 And B5 (1St Construction Phase) And B6 (2Nd Construction Phase). The Services Are Awarded In Stages. It Should Be Noted That The Operation Of The Clinic Must Be Ensured In All Construction Phases.
