Computer Platforms - Distributed System For Accelerated Development Of Ai, Local Edge Computing And Robotic Systems. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Complex Computing Infrastructure For The Development, Training And Deployment Of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Models, Which Consists Of Three Interconnected Hardware Levels. The Core Of The System Is A Pair Of High-Performance Central Workstations Designed For Ai Computing. These Stations Will Provide Massive Computing Power Of Accelerators For Local Training, Optimization And Tuning Of Complex Neural Networks In Laboratory Conditions. The Goal Is To Ensure Rapid Iterations In The Development Of Algorithms Before Their Final Deployment. This Central Part Is Followed By A Set Of Compact Accelerated Computing Nodes With Performance For Real-Time Inference. These Units Will Be Physically Deployed Directly In The Operations And Local Networks Of Industrial Partners. Their Hardware Architecture Must Guarantee High Data Throughput For Massive And Immediate Evaluation Of Industrial Data In The Target Operation, Especially For Complex Tasks For Which Standard Low-Voltage Edge Platforms Are Insufficient. The Third Level Of Infrastructure Consists Of A Specialized Hardware Platform Designed For The Development Of Advanced Cognitive Robotics And Autonomous Machines. This Unit Will Provide The Centralized Computing Power Necessary To Fuse Data From Multiple Sensors, Plan Routes And Safely Control Complex Robotic Systems In Real Time. The Entire Supplied Hardware System Must Enable The Seamless Deployment Of Trained Models From Central Stations To Industrial Inference And Robotic Devices. The Units Will Be Supplied With The Necessary Accessories For Their Safe Operation. The Scope Of Delivery Also Includes Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Installation Of The Equipment And Verification Of The Functionality Of The Equipment. A Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation. The Terms Of Performance Are Further Specified In The Terms And Conditions (Draft Contract), Which Form Annex No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation.
