Smart Cards – Supply Of Smart Cards And Graphic And Electronic Personalization Services. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Chip Cards, Or Plastic Carriers With A Contactless Chip, Printed On Both Sides, Graphically And Electronically Personalized Or Anonymous. The Technical Specification Of The Required Types Of Chip Cards, Which Forms Part Of The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement According To Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, Is Based On The Fact That For The Smooth And Full Functionality Of The System, Mifare Desfire Cards Or Cards Fully Compatible With Them Must Be Delivered To The Given Extent. Deliveries Of Smart Cards Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Partial Orders From The Concluded Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Further Defined In More Detail In The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, Or In The Annexes To This Framework Agreement. If In This Procurement Documentation Or In Its Appendices There Are References To Certain Trademarks, Business Firms, Names Or Names, Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin, This Is Justified By The Subject Of The Public Contract - The Provision Of Services In Relation To The Existing Equipment Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Explicitly Points Out That, In The Event That Such A Reference Is Mentioned In This Procurement Documentation, It Accepts Any Other Qualitatively And Technically Similar Solution.
