Klinikum Bayreuth Gmbh Intends To Implement The First And Second Construction Phases Of The Newly Aligned Target Planning To Modernize The Bayreuth Clinic Location. The Subject Of The Measure Is The Construction Of A New Operating Room Building South Of The Existing Clinic Complex. The New Building Replaces The Previous Planning For The First Construction Phase And Marks The Start Of A Long-Term, Section-By-Section Renovation Of The Entire Site. The Planning Is Based On The Revised Functional And Spatial Program As Well As The Results Of The User Votes. The New Building In Construction Phase 1 (Ba1) Includes The Central Medical Functional Areas Of The Clinic, Including The Central Emergency Room (Zna), Radiology, Central Sterilization (Cssd), Outpatient And Diagnostic Areas, Intensive And Intermediate Care Units, Maternity Areas, The Central Operating Room With Holding And Recovery Areas As Well As The Helipad On Level 3. The Building Will Be Connected To The Existing Clinic Complex Via Several Levels And Is Already On The Later Implementation Of Further Construction Phases. Construction Phase 2 (Ba2) Includes A Ward Block With A Total Of 265 Beds. The Structural Connection To Ba1 Is Via Level -4. Both Construction Phases Are Supplied By A Common Technical Center. In Addition, A Photovoltaic System With An Output Of 50 Kwp Is Planned For Each Construction Phase. In Addition To The Medical Uses, The Measure Includes The Complete Technical And Logistical Development Of The New Building, Including The Necessary Energy And Media Supply, The Building Services Systems And The Associated Infrastructure And Technical Areas. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Create A Sustainable Structural And Functional Infrastructure For Acute, Intensive Care And Surgical Medical Care At The Bayreuth Location. Due To The High Technical Complexity Of A Maximum Care Hospital And The Numerous Building Technology Interfaces, Structured Technical Monitoring And Commissioning Management Is Required For Both Construction Phases.
