Due To The Very Limited Space Available For The Radio Nuclide Laboratory And The Size Of Some Of The Equipment To Be Procured, Both Expansion Stages Must Be Planned From The Start So That Both Phases Can Be Implemented In The Two Existing Rooms. This Requires Uniform Planning So That The Procurement Measure Is Awarded As A Complete Order Without Splitting Into Lots. The Aim Is A Solution In Which The Necessary Spatial And Infrastructural Requirements Are Taken Into Account As Part Of The Planning And Implementation Of Phase 1, So That The Smallest Possible Additional Structural Measures, No Further Adaptations To The Premises Or Other Additional Investments Are Required For The Later Implementation Of Phase 2. When Designing, Particular Consideration Must Be Given To Transport Routes, Accessibility, Installation, Installation Areas, Positioning, Connections And Other Infrastructural Requirements Required For The Installation And Operation Of The Devices. As Part Of His Offer, The Bidder Must Submit A Planning Concept For The Laboratory That Takes Both Expansion Stages Into Account.
