1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A P&R Parking Lot On The District Road No. 2202L Garbów - Gutanów - Czesławice - Nałęczów In Nałęczów, Including The Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. H. And K. Dulębów In Nałęczów And Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 2202L In The Scope Of Construction Of Sidewalks And Necessary Infrastructure.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works In The Road Industry And Accompanying Works Related To The Construction Of The P&R Parking Lot At Ul. H. And K. Dulębów In Nałęczów And Reconstruction Of District Road No. 2202L In The Scope Of Construction Of Sidewalks And Necessary Infrastructure.3. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks, Construction Of Substructures, Surfaces, Street Elements (Curbs, Edges And Sewage), Construction Of Parking Spaces For People With Disabilities, Road Safety Markings And Devices, Installation Of A Shelter For 10 Bicycles, Construction Of Greenery And Plantings, Construction Of Lighting And Rainwater Drainage Along With Earthworks And Installation Works, As Well As Surveying Services.4. The Stormwater Drainage System Includes, Among Others: Construction Of Channels From Pvc Pipes, Inspection Wells, Separator, Septic Tank, Sewage Wells And Tightness Tests - In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.5. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature When Preparing The Offer, Unless The Order Documentation Provides Otherwise.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Preparatory And Security Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Surveying Services, Required Measurements, Tests And Tests, Tidying Up The Area, Waste Management And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.7. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Manufacture, Deliver And Install An Information Board Regarding The Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program In Accordance With Annex No. 10.1 To The Swz.
