The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: • Purchase And Installation Of Exercise Equipment: O Large Exercise Cage (1 Pc), O Low Exercise Cage (1 Pc), O Inclined/Straight Wall With Ropes (1 Pc), O Foldable Beam (1 Pc), O Straight Beam (1 Pc); • Execution A Safe Surface Made Of Overgrowth Mats;• Construction Of A Hardened Access Road Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Border;• Construction Of Earthen Terrain Obstacles With A Height Of 0.5-1.0 M;• Purchase And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: O Benches (3 Pcs.), O Bicycle Racks (2 Pcs.), O Waste Bins (2 Pcs.), O Information Board (1 Pc.);• Topsoil And Sowing Of The Adjacent Area;• Cutting Down Trees (2 Pcs.) The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Of A Contractor Or Subcontractor. Based On The Employment Relationship Of All Persons Performing Construction Works Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager.1. If The Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3. If The Procurement Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Manufacturer Or Specific Origin Of The Product, It Should Be Assumed That These Items Include The Wording Or Equivalent.4. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
