1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Road Ul. John Paul Ii In Starogard Gdański. 2. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Construction Of A New Road Surface, 2) Construction Of A Pedestrian Route, 3) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, 4) Construction Of Parking Spaces, 5) Construction Of A Drainage System Based On A Rainwater Drainage Network, 6) Construction Of Street Lighting, 7) Construction Of A Service Channel, 8) Construction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings, 9) Execution Of Earthworks, Including Construction Of Roadside Greenery, 10) Demolition Existing Surfaces. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Technical Documentation. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Above-Mentioned Construction Works And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Bears Full And Complete Responsibility For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order From The Moment Of Signing The Contract Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Also Perform And Secure: 1) Surveying, Geological And Geotechnical Services, Temporary Traffic Organization, Provide A Construction And Works Manager With Appropriate Authorizations And Other Necessary Staff For The Proper Implementation Of The Task, 2) Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expertise Needed For The Proper Implementation Of The Task. 6. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Art, Technical Design, Detailed Design, Stwior, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economic Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose. The Contractor Will Ensure Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Decisions, Permits, Within The Lump Sum Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects And Defects That Occur During The Warranty Period And The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor.
