Part No. 1: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 104674R At Km From 1+752.00 To 1+908.79 In The Town Of Gwizdów Along With The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Gas Network As Part Of The Investment In Question, It Is Planned To Reconstruct The Municipal Road Consisting In The Construction Of A Sidewalk With Accompanying Infrastructure On The Municipal Road No. 104674R Covering The Plot No. 233/1 In The Town Gwzidów, In Order To Build A Road With The Following Parameters: - Width Of The Traffic Lane - Approx. 2X2.50 M - Road Width - Approx. 5.0 M - Number Of Traffic Lanes (Cross-Section) 1X2 - Vertical Gauge - 4.50 M - Transverse Inclination On The Straight - 2.0% - Traffic Category - Kr 1 - Sidewalk Width - 2.30 (1.80+0.50)M,- Width Of Exits Min. 3.0M- Width Of Roadsides – 0.50M Scope Of Works: – Construction Of A Sidewalk, – Partial Demolition Of Exits, – Reconstruction Of Exits, – Construction Of Roadsides, – Construction Of A Section Of Storm Sewage System, – Construction Of A Culvert Extension, – Reconstruction Of The Gas Network, – Protection Of The Energy Network, – Finishing And Cleaning Works, Including Leveling The Ground. The Employer Provides For A Minimum Scope Of Task Implementation Of 70%. The Described Scope Of Works Does Not Introduce Any Accessibility Barriers For Disabled People And Is Designed For All Users. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 9 To The Swz: Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 2) Annex No. 10 To The Swz: Bill Of Quantities. 3) Annex No. 11: Detailed Design, 4) Annex No. 12: Design Of Permanent Traffic Organization, 5) Annex No. 13: Longitudinal Profile Of The Gas Pipeline Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101, Point 2 And Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Documentation Are Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. Specific Types Of Materials And Devices Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Contractor Of The Works Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly).
