Service Frequency - Twice A Year. B) Carrying Out An Inspection Of Ventilation Effectiveness Completed With A Protocol - Twice A Year C) Taking Intervention And Corrective Actions At The Request Of The Ordering Party2.The Work Should Be Carried Out At 7Am-3Pm Monday To Friday3.Response Time In Case Of Reporting A Fault Max. 24 Hours From The Time Of Notification4.The Work Should Be Carried Out By A Contractor With Qualifications And Experience In Services Corresponding To The Scope Of Work. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Cooperate With Subcontractors, Provided That This Fact Is Reported To The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Required To Conduct An On-Site Visit To The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A., In Order To Check The Work Site And The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order. The Aim Is To Exclude The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation.6.Details In Annex No. 1 And In Annex No. 1A To Swz.7.Contractors Experience - In The Last 3 Years He Has Performed (Or Performs, In The Case Of Continuous Services) At Least 3 Ventilation And Air Conditioning Services With A Minimum Value Of Pln 100,000 Gross Each, In Buildings Of A Similar Nature.8.Technical Potential. The Contractor Has Equipment For Measuring Ventilation Effectiveness (E.G. Anemometer, Differential Manometer) With A Current Calibration Certificate And Devices For Refrigerant Recovery.9.Minimum Personnel - The Contractor Has At Least 2 People Who Also Have A Valid F-Gas Personnel Certificate Of The Office Of Technical Inspection And An E Qualification Certificate To The Extent Indicated In The Opz, Including At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Service. These People Fulfill The Order Throughout The Entire Contract Period; The Change Requires The Consent Of The Ordering Party And Maintaining The Same Qualifications.10.Third Party Liability Insurance11.Employment Under An Employment Contract - Persons Performing Service Activities Are Employed Under An Employment Contract If Their Work Meets The Requirements Of An Employment Relationship.
