1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Apartments At Ul. Ks. Leśniewskiego In Sieradz Divided Into Parts: A) Part 1 - Reconstruction Of Premises No. 4 And 4A (On The First Floor) In The Building At Ul. Fr. A. Leśniewskiego 6, From Which Two Independent Premises No. 4A And 4B Will Be Separated.2. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Building At Ul. Father A. Leśniewski At No. 6 In Sieradz. This Building Is Located In An Area Of ​​​​Residential Buildings From The First Half. 20Th Century (In The Powstańców Warszawy Housing Estate) And Is Two-Story With A Basement And An Attic, Partly Residential. The Buildings Manager Is The Municipal Enterprise In Sieradz. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, As A Result Of Which Two Residential Premises Will Be Separated From Two Recycled Premises With An Independent Entrance, Kitchen And Bathroom. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements And Works: A) Partial Demolition And Reconstruction Of Part Of The Partition Walls, B) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Installations And Construction Of A New Sanitary Sewage Line With Connection Of The Designed Devices, C) Reconstruction Of Water Supply Installations And Construction Of A New Water Supply Line With Connection Of The Designed Devices, D) Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Central Heating Installation With Relocation And Replacement Of Individual Radiators, E) Reconstruction Of The Gravity Ventilation System, F) Reconstruction Of The Electrical And Low-Current Installations, G) Internal Finishing Works, H) New Floors, I) Painting The Rooms, J) Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery And Entrance Doors, K) Minimum Equipment Of Residential Premises: Kitchen: - Four-Burner Induction Hob, - A Sink With A Sink Tap, Bathroom: - A Washbasin With A Washbasin Cabinet And A Washbasin Tap, - A Bathtub, Bathtub Taps Or A Shower (Cabin With A Shower Tray) With A Shower Panel, - A Flush-Mounted Toilet Bowl.
