The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of Garages At Ul. Zdrojowa 27 In Kudowa-Zdrój, Consisting In The Construction Of A Two-Car Garage, Adjacent To The Existing Garages In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of A Two-Car Garage At Ul. Zdrojowa 27 In Kudowa-Zdrój. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Historical Center Of The City Of Kudowa, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number 507/510 By Decision Of December 1, 1958 And The City Of Kudowa-Zdrój As A Historical Urban System Entered In The Register Under Number 684/Wł By Decision Of December 8, 1977. Therefore, The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Decision No. 1279/2026 Of August 27, 2026, Issued By The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Single-Story, Two-Car Garage Without A Basement With A Built-Up Area Of ​​89.91 M²; 2) Execution Of Earth And Foundation Works; 3) Construction Of Brick Walls And Reinforced Concrete Structure; 4) Construction Of A Flat Roof With Covering And Sheet Metal Work; 5) Construction Of A Concrete Floor; 6) Implementation Of Moisture And Thermal Insulation; 7) Execution Of Facade And Finishing Works; 8) Delivery And Installation Of Two Steel Sectional Garage Doors; 9) Construction Of Gravity Ventilation; 10) Demolition Of A Section Of The Road Made Of Concrete Blocks And An Earth Embankment In Order To Provide Drainage For The Existing Garage Building And For The Newly Designed Garage; 11) Laying Drainage Pipes, Pvc Sewage Pipes Along With Gravel Backfilling; 12) Construction Of A New Well In The Corner Of The Building; 13) Incorporating The Constructed Drainage System Into The Existing Stormwater Sewage Network14) Waterproofing The External Walls Of The Existing Garage (From The Side Of The Earth Embankment) And The External Walls Of The New Garage,15) Execution Of The Electrical Installation Including: A) Installation Of The Switchboard With Security Features, B) Installation Of 40 W Led Lighting Fixtures - 4 Pcs. C) Installation Of Lighting Switches - 2 Pcs. D) Installation Of Plug Sockets - 2 Pcs. (Electrical Installation Should Be Made Above-Wall On A Ready-Made Substrate, Power Supply To The Switchboard Should Be Made From The Existing Garage Building) 16) Construction Of A Gravel Strip Around The Building; 17) Tidying Up The Area And Restoring Elements Damaged During The Works; The Investment Is Located In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Kłodzko County, In The Kudowa-Zdrój Commune.
