4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Name: Modernization Of Dp4308e In Lubocz. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Works Is 990.0 Meters1. Existing State Of Land Developmentthe Road On Which The Investment Project Is Planned Is Located In The Rzeczyca Commune, Tomaszów Poviat And Runs Mainly Through Sections Built With Single-Family Residential Buildings And Partly Arable Fields. The Area Directly Bordering The Investment Has A Uniform Development And Use Character. The Road In Question Has A Bituminous Surface With A Width Of 4-4.5 M. The Existing Bituminous Surface Of The Road Is In Poor Technical Condition. There Are Holes And Ponds Of Water In The Surface. In The Area Where The Modernization Of The Communication System Will Take Place, There Is A Water Supply Network, Overhead And Underground Electric Lines, And Ground And Underground Telecommunications Lines. Rainwater And Meltwater Are Discharged On The Surface To Adjacent Unpaved Areas - Dirt Roadsides And Roadside Ditches. On The Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+563.00 There Is A Hardened Roadside Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Not Covered By Road Works. 2. Scope Of Works Covered By The Order The Basic Scope Of The Investment Consisting In The Modernization Of The District Road Includes: - Reprofiling Of Existing Dirt Roadsides With Their Hardening With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, - Reprofiling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface By Milling, - Laying An Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course. The Following Parameters Of The Road After Modernization Were Assumed: - Section Length - 990.0 M, - Road Category - Road District, Technical Class - Z (Collective) Vertical Gauge - 4.50 M, Road Width - Approx. 4.0-4.50 M, Roadside Width - 0.75 M, Concrete Block Roadside Width - 1.00 M, Road Transverse Slope - Acc.
