The Subject Of The Order Is Of A Reconstruction And Repair Nature And Includes Restoring The Functionality Of The Damaged Element Of The Existing Tunnel Infrastructure, Without Expanding The Existing System. It Consists Of 3 Stages, Which Include: Stage I - Conducting A Foundation Survey And Developing New Design Documentation. Stage Ii - Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Decisions, Including A Building Permit, Developing A Temporary Traffic Organization, As Well As Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Including: • A Supporting Structure On Which A Variable Message Board (Vms) Will Be Mounted, • A Vms Board, • A Cctv Rotary Camera That Is Part Of The Tunnel Monitoring System, • On Time Works, Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization. Stage Iii - Integration And Launch Of Devices In The Existing Tunnel Infrastructure System In Świnoujście. The Whole Thing Must Be Fully Integrated With The Operating Tunnel Infrastructure Management System, Including The Traffic Control And Supervision System And The Video Monitoring System. Final Result Of The Order And Integration With The System: The Result Of The Order Execution Must Be A Fully Operational And Operational Supporting Structure With A Mounted Vms Board And A Cctv Camera, Integrated With The Existing Tunnel Infrastructure System Operating In Świnoujście, In Particular:• The Vms Board Must Be Connected To The Currently Operating Traffic Management System Tunnel, • The Cctv Camera Must Be Incorporated Into The Existing Video Monitoring System (Cctv),
