3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil In 2027 In An Approximate Amount Of 90 M3 And For The Needs Of The Boiler Rooms Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Light Fuel Oil Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used. Fuel Oils (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008). In Addition, The Light Fuel Oil Supplied By The Contractor Must Comply With The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard
